Europeana and 3D - a paper presented by Danial Pletinckx of Visual dimensions for the 3D ARCH conference ( http://www.3d-arch.org/ ). This PDF contains 3D images which can be viewed and manipulated in later versions of the Adobe Acrobat viewer (7.0 onwards).

D5.1 Functional specification of requirements for preparing 3D/VR for Europeana - this project deliverable describes how to publish 3D/VR content in the PDF format for uploading to Europeana.

The Report and Recommendations on IPR looks at the IPR issues relating to the metadata in Europeana and the digital content itself. Other specific topics include data re-use, geospatial data and IPR in 3D/VR models.

CARARE metadatenschema und mappings

CARARE has also provided a set of mappings for two commonly used schemas, LIDO and MIDAS as well those required for Europeana.

CARARE hat einen high-level Leitfaden erstellt, der sich an Verantwortliche von Institutionen aus dem Kulturbereich richtet, welche mehr darüber erfahren möchten, was nötigt ist, damit ihr Content in EUROPEANA sichtbar wird: Recommendations for content providers on delivering archaeological and architectural digital content to Europeana.

In Arbeitspaket 7, Nachhaltigkeit, hat der Archaeology Data Service verschiedene Ansätze zur Pflege und Zugänglichkeit des Materials des kulturellen Erbes untersucht.
