This event, which will take place on June 6th 2011, aims to cover a broad audience including academics and students, technical experts and digital novices with an interest in digitisation. The focus is on the digitisation of maps including globes. Over the course of the day there will be a series of case studies and panel discussions looking at the needs of the initiator, maker and user of digital content by exploring various themes.
