The EU-funded project ARIADNEplus builds on the work of the preceding ARIADNE project in order to integrate archaeological data sets.
One of the first activities for CARARE in the 5DCulture project was a visit by Henk Alkemade to the University Research Institute for Iberian Archaeology (University of Jaén).
TECH4Heritage is a project that aims to train local Cultural Heritage staff in Iraq to create and share 3D models of archaeological sites and objects. The project is financed by the EU, under the Creative Europe Programme and runs from January 2023 to fall 2024.
CARARE is happy to be a partner in the 5DCulture project.
The ARIADNE final event was held in Florence on Thursday 15th December.
A call is open for papers for a special issue of the Heritage Journal on "3D Reconstruction of Cultural Heritage and 3D Assets Utilisation".
The call for papers for EAA 2023 is open until the 9th February 2023.
CARARE has signed the Manifesto, prepared by the Climate Heritage Network, which highlights the valuable contribution of cultural heritage in tackling the climate crisis.
